DM DENNETT & Assoc, Inc History

At the age of 21 our family relocated to Central Florida and this is where my fascination began for the auction industry. I had the opportunity to work for an Uncle who was well established in the auction business and I traveled nationwide performing and learning all aspects concerning action sales for many fortune 500 companies.

In 1986 I decided to spread my wings and in 1987 incorporated D.M. Dennett & Assoc., Inc. operating as an auction company that provided services to a wide variety of industries. We started buying & selling assets and this led to a long and ongoing relationship with many local concerns and many local & national financial institutions providing commercial asset liquidation services. We have also created a business relationship with many government municipalities with assistance for asset disposal.

The most endearing facet that has been incorporated in our business format is to provide honest, educated, economical and professional services to all that need our assistance with the disposal of personal and commercial assets. Since 1987 we have conducted 100’s of personal & commercial asset liquidation auctions. Including major manufacturing facilities, NASCAR, real estate management companies, almost every conceivable commercial based business, food service facilities, personal estates, real estate and many other entities too numerous to list.

Maintaining personnel with the same credence that I have gained and practice is also a testament to our provided services. The knowledge & experience over many years is the key to our confidence that we can provide our clients with unparalleled service for the disposal of personal or commercial assets.
